Create your own Italian-inspired crunchy super snack. Use Chantenay carrots with parmesan for a tasty topping.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
- 500g Chantenay carrots
- 20g parmesan cheese, grated
- 1tbsp olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
What to do:
Par-boil some whole (or halved, if large) Chantenay for 5 minutes, then drain and toss with a little olive oil, finely grated Parmesan cheese and some black pepper.
Roast for about 10 minutes in a hot oven until the Parmesan has melted and is beginning to brown.
