Spice up any mealtime with these fantastic, sweet tasting carrots that taste like carrots used to.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
- 500g Chantenay carrots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice
What to do:
Wash some Chantenay and halve if large. Toss in olive oil and a generous sprinkling of Chinese Five Spice powder.
Roast in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes until the Chantenay are tender.
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with chopped coriander to serve.
