Create your own Italian-inspired crunchy super snack. Use Chantenay carrots with parmesan for a tasty topping.
What to do:
- Par-boil some whole (or halved, if large) Chantenay for 5 minutes, then drain and toss with a little olive oil, finely grated Parmesan cheese and some black pepper.
- Roast for about 10 minutes in a hot oven until the Parmesan has melted and is beginning to brown.
